About Us

Bruce is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in administrative leadership and management spanning 25+ years in for-profit, and public not-for-profit sectors. He has a proven track record of success and delivering outstanding results throughout his career. A strong sense of urgency with a results-oriented approach, fostered by a belief in continuous education and developing effective relationships has been the hallmark of his tenures.


Today, as a certified Business Coach, Bruce is focused on using his skills in helping entrepreneurs, business owners, educators, and leaders create the business and life they envision while finding the balance, prosperity, and happiness that they desire.

Bruce believes that the best investment each of his clients can make is in themselves. He views himself as a servant leader who has made it his calling to educate, empower, and engage people to help them achieve their dreams faster than they would have
ever thought possible. As a lifelong learner, he also teaches graduate-level classes in Leadership, and Human Relations.

Bruce effectively leverages his experiences to assist clients in the areas of leadership, goal-setting, personnel and facilities management, time management, communication, and project management.

Bruce is a father of two, who gives back to his community whenever he can. He serves on the Bay Area Workforce Development Board, The DePere Chamber of Commerce Board and Economic Development Committee, the Green Bay SCORE Executive Committee, and the Wisconsin State DPI Business, and Technology Advisory Panel.
