DeLeers Construction is seeking Carpenters (Framing, Finish, Siding, Remodel) based in the Green Bay area to join our growing team. Our Carpenters will work on both residential and commercial construction job projects. If you are looking for unique and challenging projects DeLeers is the team for you!

The Carpenter position is an hourly (non-exempt) role. The starting rate is posted at $18.00 to $32.00 per hour depending on your experience level. If your experience level is above what is listed in our description the hourly rate can go up accordingly. In addition to the base rate, travel pay, daily per diem for overnight travel, and overnight accommodation as needed is included.

The Carpenters will work with their Crew Lead or Superintendent to put work into place at both residential and commercial construction projects. They will construct, erect, install, and/or repair structures and fixtures made from wood and other various materials. DeLeers Construction’s projects are one-of-a-kind and will require teamwork and out of the box thinking to complete.
What is required to be an ace Carpenter

- Good knowledge of the materials, methods, and tools involved in construction.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations.
- Must be able to travel out-of-town for various job projects and stay overnight when required.
- Hold, or be able to obtain a valid and appropriate state driver’s license prior to employment.
- Walk, prolonged standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling.
- Use hands to manipulate, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms.
- Frequently lift and/or move 25+ pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
