Superintendent

DeLeers Construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent based in the Green Bay area to join our growing team. The Superintendent will oversee DeLeers Construction’s design-build residential and/or custom commercial projects.

What DeLeers Construction can offer you
The Superintendent position is an hourly (non-exempt) role. The starting rate is posted at $28.00 to $40.00 per hour depending on your experience level. If your experience level is above what is listed in our description the hourly rate can go up accordingly. There will also be travel pay, daily per diem for overnight travel, and DeLeers will pay for overnight accommodation. Superintendents will also receive a company cell phone, computer, and vehicle to use for any work-related travel once trained.

A day in the life of a Superintendent
The Superintendent will work with Project Managers and other departments to oversee construction projects. They will work on scheduling, workforce planning, coordinating, supervising, ensuring safety, quality control, training and crew productivity.
